1. Quality Assurance & Overview

At Natural Raisins & Spices, we take pride in offering 100% certified organic dry fruits, nuts, dates, and spices directly from our 20,000 Sq.Ft cold storage facility. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and replacement guarantee.

2. 7-Day Return Guarantee

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product package is damaged, torn, or unsealed upon arrival.
  • The item delivered is wrong or does not match the product ordered.
  • The product has quality defects or physical damage during shipping.

⚡ Quick Replacement & Reverse Pickup

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep free of cost, and a fresh replacement pack will be dispatched immediately.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

To preserve food safety and hygiene standards, items cannot be returned under the following circumstances:

  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Product package opened or consumed (unless reported as defective with photo evidence upon unboxing).
  • Items damaged due to improper home storage (e.g. exposed to heat or moisture after opening).

4. Refund Method & Timelines

When a return qualifies for a monetary refund rather than a product replacement:

  • Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account via NEFT/UPI after customer verification.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched from our cold storage unit. If paid online, your refund will be initiated instantly. If the order has already been shipped, standard return guidelines will apply upon delivery.
