2. Organic Product Quality & Representation

We strive to accurately display the descriptions, weights (250g, 500g, 1kg), imagery, and pricing for all products (California Almonds, King Cashews, Royal Arabian Dates, Sun-dried Raisins, and Organic Spices). As our dry fruits are 100% natural and organically harvested, minor natural variations in size, color, or shape may occur across seasonal crop batches.

All items sold on our platform are stored under strict temperature and humidity controls in our 20,000 Sq.Ft cold storage facility to guarantee peak freshness and premium grade quality.

3. Pricing & Order Acceptance

All product prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in cases of pricing typographical errors, product stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Online Payments via Razorpay

Payments can be made online via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD). Online transactions are powered by Razorpay. By completing an online payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and security protocols.

5. Customer Account & Conduct

When creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and ensuring that all address and phone contact information provided is accurate and up to date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product photos, graphics, brand names, and page designs—is the property of Natural Raisins & Spices and is protected under intellectual property laws in India.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our website or purchases shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
