1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
At Natural Raisins & Spices, we offer transparent shipping pricing with no hidden charges:
- Free Express Shipping: Available on all orders with a cart total of ₹999 and above.
- Standard Shipping Fee: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied to orders below ₹999.
❄️ Cold Storage Vacuum Packing
All dry fruits, nuts, dates, and spices are packed directly from our 20,000 Sq.Ft Cold Storage Facility using multi-layer food-grade vacuum sealing to retain maximum crunch, natural aroma, and nutritional freshness.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders are processed quickly to maintain harvest freshness:
- Dispatch Window: All confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed for same-day packing and dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with premier express logistics services to deliver your packages safely across India:
- Major Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2 to 3 Business Days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 5 Business Days.
- Remote & Special Zones: 5 to 7 Business Days.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your order leaves our cold storage warehouse, you will receive an automated tracking update via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp containing a direct tracking URL to monitor your package journey in real time.
5. Damaged Transit Packages
While our durable corrugated outer boxes protect products during transit, if you receive a damaged box or tampered seal, please take a quick picture and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement pack.
